Directions

Step 1

Cut cabbage into 3/4" slices with stem side down, per video.

Step 2

Preheat the grill at medium heat.

Step 3

Grill cabbage steaks for about 4-6 minutes on each side, until tender and crispy on the edges.

Step 4

To serve, top with bacon pieces and ranch dressing. Garnish with green onions and parsley (optional).

Cook's Notes

If you prefer to use your oven, preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, and roast the cabbage steaks for 15-20 minutes until crispy and tender!
