In a large pot or dutch oven, add uncooked ground beef, 1 cup chopped onion, garlic, beef broth, tomato sauce, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, chili powder, cumin, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer uncovered for 1 hour or until chili has reduced and thickened.
Prepare spaghetti as directed.
Serve Cincinnati chili over cooked spaghetti, top with reserved chopped onions, mounds of cheese, and oyster crackers.
