Heat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. When ready, apply 2 tbsp olive oil to grates.
Toss the vegetables in a bowl with remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
Grill the vegetables turning occasionally, until lightly charred, about 6 to 10 minutes
Serve immediately.
