Preheat oven to 425ºF. Arrange frozen Tater Tots in a single layer on an 11 inch x 17 inch baking sheet. Cook for for 19-21 minutes. Season to taste with salt.
Brown ground beef over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes and drain fat. Add one package seasoning mix and 1-2 Tbsp water to 1 pound meat; heat through.
To assemble, spread tater tots onto platter; top with meat mixture.
Add toppings of your choice, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and avocados. (Kids can help!)
