Prepare Turkey: Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, spices and vinegar. Cook and stir until turkey is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Prepare Pineapple Salsa: Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Allow flavors to blend 30 minutes (although an hour or two is optimal). You can also make the salsa several hours ahead of time (up to 1 day ahead), covering and storing in the refrigerator.
Before serving, stir salsa to redistribute juices that have pooled at bottom of bowl.
Warm tortillas. Top with Taco turkey, pineapple salsa, avocado slices, feta, chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
