Preheat oven to 350°F.
Roll out crescent rolls, use a spoon to press in a "pocket" in the center of each crescent.
Scoop 1 Tbsp 5-0 Buffalo-Style Chicken Dip into pocket.
Roll crescent roll as directed on package.
Brush outside of crescent rolls with olive oil.
Sprinkle with shredded Mexican Cheese.
Bake for 13 minutes.
