Veggie Smoked Sausage Stir-Fry

All-American smoked sausage gets a little Asian influence for a fusion of flavors with this Veggie Smoked Sausage Stir-Fry.

Directions

Step 1

Prepare white rice, as directed on package for 4 servings.

Step 2

Brown sausage in skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil (or other oil). Add 16oz. bag frozen stir-fry vegetable mix and heat through.

Step 4

Add 1 pkg stir-fry dry seasoning mix (or 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil (sesame or other) and stir until combined.

Step 5

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, as desired.

Cook's Notes

To make this recipe gluten-free, substitute the stir fry seasoning with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil (sesame or other).
