Mac & Cheese Burger

Indulge in this Mac & Cheese Burger prepared using Acme Fresh Market thick, ready-to-cook ground chuck burgers, hot macaroni and cheese from prepared foods, and a delicious aioli garlic sauce.

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic puree, yellow mustard, kosher salt, ground black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. (Makes about ½ cup.)

Step 2

Preheat a large cast-iron griddle or skillet over high heat. Add 2 Tbsp Canola Oil Reduce heat to medium, cook Acme Fresh Market ground chuck patties for 3 minutes on one side, sprinkle salt & pepper, flip, and cook additional 5-8 minutes until international temperature reaches 160 °F.

Step 3

Add 1 slice of butter on top of each cooked burger, add American cheese, cover with lid for 30 seconds.

Step 4

Spread 4 Tbsp melted butter onto the cut sides of four buns and cook in skillet until light brown and toasty.

Step 5

Spread aioli garlic sauce on cut sides of buns.

Step 6

Top the bottom bun halves evenly with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, cooked cheeseburgers, macaroni and cheese, and top bun.

Step 7

Prepare Macaroni & Cheese as directed on box.
