In large skillet sauté peppers, onions, and celery until lightly brown.
Mix ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, and pineapple together and stir into vegetables.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Thicken with a little flour. Add chicken and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
