For Ice Cream Cones: Place liners in muffin tins. Scoop one large scoop of ice cream into each muffin liner. Place muffin tin into the freezer for 2 hours.
When ready to serve, stick cones upside-down into ice cream scoops, pressing down to adhere. Turn right-side-up and remove muffin liners.
For Toppings: Let guests top the ice cream with their favorite toppings.
