In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, ricotta cheese, ½ tsp cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Split English Muffins with hands or fork, spread each half with ½ tbsp butter and lightly toast. Remove from heat and let cool.
Mix ½ cup sugar with ½ tsp cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
Fold English Muffins into shells, spread with cream cheese mixture and top with sliced strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries.
Sprinkle with sugar mixture for the finishing touch and enjoy!
