In a bowl, add lime juice, garlic powder, oregano, ground pepper, salt, and sugar. Pour avocado oil in an even stream while mixing with a whisk until an emulsion is obtained.
In a bowl, combine all chopped vegetables, Cherubs® and mix gently to keep avocado from overmixing.
Serve in a small salad bowl, drizzle with vinaigrette, and garnish with basil leaves.
