Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the stir fry noodles according to package instructions, set aside.
Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat, add butter and melt. Add minced garlic and saute until the edges of the garlic look golden brown, about 3 minutes.
Add bean sprouts, green onions, and stir fry sauce. Stir until combined and heated through.
Add cooked stir fry noodles and stir to combine.
Drizzle with sesame oil.
Garnish with red pepper flakes, toasted sesame seeds, and additional diced green onions.
