Add cranberries, orange juice and sugar to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to low and cook for additional 5 minutes or until desired texture.

Step 2

Remove from heat and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Cook's Notes

For a tart cranberry sauce, use 1/2 cup sugar or for a sweeter cranberry sauce, use 1 cup sugar. Cranberry sauce will thicken once cold. Make it ahead for up to one week and store it in the refrigerator.
