Step 1

Add all ingredients to an instant pot pressure cooker.

Step 2

Cook on High pressure for 35 minutes. Allow natural release of the pressure for 15 minutes, then use quick release function.

Step 3

Internal temperature of ham hock should be 165°F. If not, pressure cook for additional 10 minutes.

Step 4

Remove ham hock and remove meat from the bone.

Step 5

Serve hot with ham hock meat on top.

Cook's Notes

For larger instant pots, you may have to increase the turkey broth to the minimum liquid for your machine.
