Walking Taco Salad

This is a new take on the walking taco. Our Walking Taco Salad includes Bob Evans Original Sausage, cheese, and a whole bunch of goodness! Enjoy at home or at the park on a picnic with your family. This family favorite recipe is tasty, healthy, and delicious.

Directions

Step 1

Place sour cream, salt, fresh lime juice, and cilantro in bowl and stir to combine. Place into squeeze bottle and refrigerate for 15 minutes to combine flavor. Good for up to 6 days in refrigerator.

Step 2

Cook sausage in medium frying plan over medium heat, break into crumble. Drain excess oil.

Step 3

Mix in taco seasoning and stir until fully incorporated. Place lid over skillet to keep warm.

Step 4

Place corn chips equally into 4 mason jars or salad bowls, top with sausage, lettuce, pico de Gallo, cheese, cilantro lime cream, and cilantro.
