Ham & Cheese Croissant Melts are a delicious blend of buttery croissants, melty Swiss cheese, and savory ham, ready in just 20 minutes. Topped with a rich, buttery Dijon sauce, they offer the perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and savory flavors.

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Step 3

Combine melted butter, dijon mustard, and honey.

Step 4

Slice croissants lengthwise in half.

Step 5

Place croissants on baking sheet. Add two slices of ham and swiss cheese to each croissant.

Step 6

Brush dijon butter sauce over tops of croissants.

Step 7

Bake for 7-9 minutes or until croissants are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Step 8

Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Cook's Notes

This recipe can be prepped ahead. Assemble croissants, cover and refrigerate. Brush with dijon butter sauce when ready to bake.
