Jalapeño Popper Pizza Puffs

Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Place jalapeno chips on a cutting board. Use a rolling pin to crush chips.
Over medium heat, cook for 8-12 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until the bacon is completely browned and bubbly. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and place biscuits on them. You will have 8 total biscuit pizza puffs. Add another piece of parchment paper on top of biscuits, and use a rolling pin to roll each biscuit to 1/4" thick. Remove top parchment paper.
Spread cream cheese thickly over each biscuit.
Add cheese, bacon, jalapeno potato chips, jalapeno slices, and a little more cheese.
Bake pizza puffs at 350° F for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and the biscuit crust is lightly golden.
