Our Spiral Sliced Hams are delicious and a centerpiece for any holiday or special occasion, easy to cook and serve. With the addition of sliced apples, "hasselbacked " style that enhance the sweetness of the ham, you have a showstopper! This is an easy 4-ingredient ham recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Core the apples and slice thin. Tuck the apple slices between the slices of your spiral ham.

Step 2

Add 1 can of coke to a roaster or a large, rimmed baking sheet.

Step 3

Turn the ham flat-side-down. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, about 1/8" deep. Place cloves at the intersections of the diamonds.

Step 4

Place ham, flat-side down in the roaster. Cover tightly with foil.

Step 5

Preheat oven to 325° F.

Step 6

Cook, covered for 9-10 minutes per pound. For a 10 lb ham, cook about 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Step 7

Remove foil, baste ham with juices in bottom of the pan. Return to oven without foil and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 8

Remove from oven. Bast with cooking liquid until it's nice and glossy. Enjoy!
