Heat grill or skillet to medium heat, spray with grilling spray.

Step 2

Stir garlic, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lemon juice in a small bowl to combine; season with salt.

Step 3

Cook salmon burgers over medium-high heat for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Step 4

Grill insides of buns on grill or skillet for 1 minute, or until toasted.

Step 5

Assemble Spicy Double Salmon Burger with bottom bun, lettuce, cheese, salmon burger, sriracha mayo, salmon burger, beet red kraut, and top bun.

Cook's Notes

Serve with a side of fries and dip in remaining spicy sriracha mayo. For kids, replace spicy mayo with plain mayo and make it a single salmon burger.
