Add butter to a large skillet and melt over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté for 2 minutes, until wilted. Push aside in skillet.
Pour eggs into the center of the skillet, and scramble until cooked through about 3 minutes.
Top the eggs with the crumbled feta and drizzle with Dave’s Gourmet Creamy Roasted Jalapeno Sauce.
