Directions

Step 1

Brown ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is translucent about 8 minutes.

Step 2

Add cooked beef and onions to a 4-6 quart slow cooker.

Step 3

Add in bell pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, sea salt, Italian seasoning, spinach, milk, beef broth and pasta sauce and stir.

Step 4

Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours.

Step 5

Stir in uncooked pasta 15 minutes before you are ready to serve. Stir and cover, cook for 15 minutes.

Step 6

Top with cheese, cover, and let the cheese melt for 3 minutes.

Step 7

Garnish with additional shredded cheese and chopped parsley.
