The perfect way to start the day, this classic breakfast sandwich is loaded with protein to fuel your morning and packed full of flavor. It is quick and easy to make in the morning or make ahead and warm in the microwave when ready to eat.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Place cheese on cutting board. Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut into circles.

Step 3

Spray cooking spray into a muffin pan.

Step 4

Place bagel bottoms into the muffin pan.

Step 5

Place bacon on top of bagels.

Step 6

Crack one egg over each bacon slice.

Step 7

Bake 10-12 minutes.

Step 8

Remove from oven and top each with cheese slice.

Step 9

Top with bagel top.

Step 10

Bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 11

Use a spoon to pull each bacon & egg sandwich out of muffin tin. Enjoy hot!
