Step 1

Combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and vinegar in medium bowl.

Step 2

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey, onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin and black pepper; cook and stir 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, stirring to break up meat.

Step 3

Add ketchup mixture; mix well. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Serve on buns.
