Veggie Smoked Sausage Stir-Fry

Prepare white rice, as directed on package for 4 servings.
Brown sausage in skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil (or other oil). Add 16oz. bag frozen stir-fry vegetable mix and heat through.
Add 1 pkg stir-fry dry seasoning mix (or 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil (sesame or other) and stir until combined.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, as desired.
